Some job roles in the society require people to make judgments. Judgments can range from judicial cases to fight resolutions in homes. Problem arises when the judgment is mistaken, but revising the decision is difficult. Difficulty in overturning the decision is high when people lose face, cause demerits to previously unaffected groups, or reduces the authoritative influence of the role/job function. To allow speedy changes, the structure and processes to revise decisions with minimum friction should be established. Humans make mistakes, so a system allowing amendments and promoting forgiveness is more natural and kind.
